decisions.....

We are facing alot of decisions currently. It all starts with my desire to have another baby :)
I have known I wanted another baby since samantha was about 6 weeks old, but things have been unsteady, and unsure, and unhealthy so I continually put it on the back burner. Well here we sit 2 1/2 years later, and I want another child still!! (even tho Rob is taking some convincing!)
So here are my thoughts, If we stay in this house, there is a TON of work to be done to it. Granted my FIL has said he will pay for repairs, if we will do as much as we can to reduce costs.....BUT anyone who has met my FIL knows, his time line and the time line of the rest of the world differ greatly LOL. Most of the work we have to do left is big stuff, plumbing, fixing sub flooring, landscaping, fencing, grage doors, exterior painting, and probalby a mold company to come in and tear apart the walls........all of which will NOT be cheap or fast by any means.

If we don't stay in the house, there comes the monetary requirements of renting, or buying. Currently, on Rob's salary and our debt we couldn't afford much.......BUT if we get into a better home I could become state certified for daycare and acutally bring in an income that would allow us to afford those things.

Oh what to do????!!!!

For now we will stay here, what other option do we currently have?
As for a new little bundle of Joy (or bundle of worry as Rob seems to think) I have agreed to wait until January before we discuss it again. I'm sure you will hear plenty about it on here tho :)
