I got promoted!

Job security.....sorta!
My new job is going well! so well in fact, That I got promoted today to a CS2. Although it doesn't mean a lot, what is does mean is that I am now on a "team" and no longer part of the "trainees", I will have different programs that I call in now, and I am also eligable for $1 and $2 an hour bonuses if I can keep my stats up.
on top of my promotion today, I also got a "Top Trainee Caller" award for being at 124% of goal for my average for the week. To put that into perspective for you all, the programs I was calling in last week had a goal set of between 35-68 dollars an hour that the company wanted you to make, so that means that I made at least 25% more than that for every hour that I was on the phone in those programs....yea me :)
The last two weeks, I have been above 100% of goal, and because my stats were so high, they did a gift filter on my calls (aka, we are pretty sure you are screwing up, so the head hanchos are gonna check it out) by the Shift Supervisor to make sure I wasn't doing anything wrong....they pulled 40 of my calls for the week, and listened to 20 of them for mistakes....guess how many I made???? .....2 and they weren't even big deals, on one I forgot a legal close at the end...oops, and on the other I told the lady that we could call back her husband on a sat. when I was supposed to tell her that we were on an automatic dialer and that we would call back but I didn't know when.....my bad!...
The other good thing about getting promoted, is that unlike when I was in training and they could fire me within 7 days of not making my 85% of goal, as a CS2 If my numbers drop, they give me 4-5 WEEKS to get my numbers back up! so for now at least, I have some amount of job security through thanksgiving :)

I'm really hoping to get our halloween pictures and stuff up soon! for now I need to go take care of my poor little girl, who has croup, and figure out what is happening this weekend with the rummage sale for the school, Rob's working on the coast, sick kids, and lets not forget matthew's homework that is due tomarrow and got left at the church last night that i need to go pick up, Work tomarow night, and going and getting cat food! ahh it never ends!
