On our own again

Our room-mate and her girls moved out this last thursday. Turns out it costs more than she anticipated to attend CSUB, so she moved back in with her parents to save money.

The biggest problem with her leaving is the food money that she provided, and figuring out how we are going to come up with all of that, but we are just keeping the faith and believing that we will be provided for. On the up side, she had just gone shopping the weekend before for the month with her food stamps, so if we play our cards right, we should be good for at least a month if not 6 weeks. Another of the major issues is child care for the kids and schedualing for school, another upside though, Kristina is going to keep watching the kids on monday nights for this semester, and by next fall Samantha will be at the preschool and matthew will be in kindergarten, so schedualing should be a little bit easier.

So since we finally have our house back to ourselves, *Big Grin* we have been doing major rearranging. First we repainted our master bedroom, and then moved all of our furniture back in and I went to target and found a nice new comforter on clearance and we bought some new window coverings( they are acutally cloth shower curtains, but I just loved how they looked!)

The kitchen is 99% back together, and the rest of the house is a tornado! LOL oh well, it'll get done.

It's soooo quiet in my house, and there is almost NO bickering between my kids........ahhh it is nice to have my little family and house back!
