went to my meeting today, Last week I lost 4.4 lbs.......and this week I gained 3.4 lbs......what kind of crap is that???????
uhg looks like I won't be making my 10 lb goal by the 5th
I'm so frustrated with myself! I can't seem to get out of the 10 lb loss range! so I'm steping it up a notch......no more weekly points allowances, and I'm walking at least 45min 3 days a week even if I have to do it around my yard with the kids playing
I WILL lose this weight!

I hear ya!! I've walked in circles around a basketball court before - just do what you have to do. And as far as my 10 pounds by Saturday - eh.. not looking so good LOL
